Business Automation Workflow (BAW) is the product that has replaced IBM Case Manager (ICM). Customers who have not installed BAW yet can keep their ICM installation up-to-date by upgrading to Case Manager 5.3.3. IBM will release fixes on top of 5.3.3 release that include bug fixes and other changes made in the BAW code base that are also relevant to Case Manager.
