The process timeout setting for the <strong>ICM_RuleOperations Component queue<\/strong> is too low. To resolve this problem, do the following accordingly:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In <strong>Process Configuration Console<\/strong> <strong>(PCC)<\/strong>, select the appropriate connection point.<\/li>\r\n<li>Click <strong>Component Queues<\/strong> &gt; <strong>ICM_RuleOperations<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>In the Component Properties window, click the <strong>Adapter <\/strong>tab and modify the value of the Processing Timeout (ms) from <strong>60000 to 1200000<\/strong>. <em>Default timeout value is 60000 milliseconds<\/em>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"731\" height=\"533\" class=\"wp-image-594 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/iparagons.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/processing-timeout-value-is-too-low.png\" alt=\"processing-timeout-value-is-too-low\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iparagons.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/processing-timeout-value-is-too-low.png 731w, https:\/\/iparagons.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/processing-timeout-value-is-too-low-300x219.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 731px) 100vw, 731px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Commit the changes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Try to create or run the task again in IBM Case Manager Client, it will be started and working fine.
